Dispute Resolution
The interpretation, enforcement, and disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement and any disputes arising from this agreement shall be governed by the substantive laws and procedures of Thailand, regardless of conflicts of laws principles or the application of laws, and within the scope of the applicable laws of Thailand. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for actions related to the content herein shall be the courts located in Thailand, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
You hereby waive any rights to a jury trial in any proceeding arising out of or related to this agreement. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to this agreement.
Changes and Amendments
We reserve the right to modify this agreement or any terms related to the website and services at any time at our discretion. When we make changes, we will update the revision date at the bottom of this page. We will post a notice on the main page of the website. We may notify you through other means as determined by us, such as via the contact information you provide.
The revised agreement will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the website and services after the effective date of the revised agreement (or other action specified at that time) will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
